Pastoral Ministries

If you know someone that is in need of pastoral care, please contact the church office.

The community of hope at St. Luke’s is made up of members who have been trained in a 42 hour 14 week program as pastoral care givers, united in prayer and shaped by Benedictine spirituality and equipped for serving as pastoral care ministers to the sick and homebound of this parish and outside of the parish.

They also meet monthly in a Circle of Care to pray, share, enjoy continuing education, and provide each other with mutual support and encouragement. St. Luke’s most recent training ended in December of 2014. They also attend a yearly retreat at Camp Mitchell with other Circles of Care in Arkansas.
